Inflation Reduction Act Home Energy Rebates Information
The Virginia Department of Energy may apply for federal funding for two new Home Energy Rebate Programs. Please note that the rebates specifically for low to moderate income-earning households will not cover electric heat pump replacements. Virginia Energy is in the process of developing applications for funding for these new programs and the rebates are expected to be available starting in early 2025.
