VIRGINIA GAS AND OIL BOARD HEARING
May 20, 2025
Pursuant to Sections 45.2-1609.C and 45.2-1624.B of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Gas and Oil Board will hold its scheduled monthly hearing commencing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. 1. The Board will receive public comments.
2. A petition from Pocahontas Gas, LLC, for pooling under Oakwood Coalbed Methane Gas Field II. Unit H37. Docket Number VGOB 22-1018-4251.
3. A petition from Pocahontas Gas, LLC, for pooling under Oakwood Coalbed Methane Gas Field II. Unit BB15. Docket Number VGOB 24-1217-4299.
4. The Board will receive an update of Board and Division activities from the staff.
5. The Board will review the April 2025 minutes for approval.
