VIRGINIA GAS AND OIL BOARD HEARING
December 16, 2025


Pursuant to Sections 45.2-1609.C and 45.2-1624.B of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Gas and Oil Board will hold its scheduled monthly hearing commencing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.      1. The Board reviewed and approved the remote attendance resolutions for board members that attended the meeting remotely.

     2. The Board received public comments.

     3. The Board reviewed and voted on the renewal of the First Bank and Trust (Escrow Agent) Contract for the term January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026.

     4. A petition from Keyrock Energy, LLC, for Creation of Sealed Gob Unit and Force Pooling. Unit Powers Bridge #2. Docket Number VGOB 25-1118-4325.

     5. A petition from Pocahontas Gas, LLC, for 1) the disbursement of escrowed funds heretofore deposited with the Board’s Escrow Agent, attributable to Tracts 1D, portion of 1F, 1H, portion of 1I, & 1J as depicted upon the annexed table to Pardee Royalty LLC, White Wolf Energy LLC, Rodney L.      7.The Board will consider the Petition for Reconsideration submitted by Buchanan Energy Company, LLC. Continued from November 2025.

     8. The Board will consider the Objections to Decision and Petition for Reconsideration submitted by Diversified Production, LLC. Continued from November 2025.

     9. The Board received an update of Board and Division activities from the staff.

     10. The Board reviewed the November 2025 minutes for approval.
