VIRGINIA GAS AND OIL BOARD HEARING
May 19, 2026
Pursuant to Sections 45.2-1609.C and 45.2-1624.B of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Gas and Oil Board will hold its scheduled monthly hearing commencing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. 1. The Board will receive public comments.
2. The Board will vote on the final written decision for the following formal hearings heard February 17, 2026 and April 21, 2026: VGOB 25-0715-4317 (Unit E38), VGOB 25-0715-4313 (Unit F36), VGOB 25-1021-4322 (Unit F36), VGOB 25-0715-4316 (Unit E37) and VGOB 25-1021-4323 (Unit E37).
3. The Board will receive an update of Board and Division activities from the staff.
4. The Board will review the April 2026 minutes for approval.
